Return Policy
• Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns
once the order has been prepared and handed over for pickup.
• Incorrect Order or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong order or if items are
missing, please contact us within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery for resolution.
Note: As delivery is arranged by the customer or a third-party delivery partner of your
choice, we do not take responsibility for delays, damage, or mishandling during transit.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
1. Incorrect items prepared.
2. Items missing from your packed order.
3. Severe quality issues (e.g., spoiled or contaminated food).
