Welcome to House of Chaaps (Abhivati Foods)! By placing an order through our website,
you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before
ordering.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms govern the ordering and payment of food from House of Chaaps via our
website www.houseofchaaps.in.
1.2 House of Chaaps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of
the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
1.3 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission
from a legal guardian.
2. Ordering and Payments
2.1 Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website by selecting items,
confirming quantities, and completing payment at checkout.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via
email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel an order if
required.
2.3 Pricing & Taxes: All prices shown are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2.4 Payment Methods: We accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, and
net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as delivery is arranged by the customer.
3. Order Cancellation and Modifications
3.1 User Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order. After this period,
cancellations are not allowed as food preparation begins immediately.
3.2 House of Chaaps Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of ingredients, technical errors,
or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original
payment method.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Customer-Managed Delivery:
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery through a third-party delivery
partner of their choice. House of Chaaps is not responsible for delays, damage, or issues
occurring during transit.
4.2 Pickup Instructions:
Ensure the delivery partner has the correct order ID and pickup details. Once the order
leaves our premises, House of Chaaps is not liable for delivery-related concerns.
4.3 Delivery Address:
Please provide accurate details for smooth handover to your chosen delivery partner.
Incorrect details may result in delays for which we are not responsible.
5. Refunds & Replacements
5.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
• Incorrect items prepared
• Missing items in the packed order
• Severe quality issues (e.g., spoiled or contaminated food)
5.2 Process:

order details and, if necessary, supporting photos. Approved refunds will be processed
within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Food Quality & Liability
6.1 Hygiene & Safety:
We follow high hygiene standards. However, please review ingredients before ordering. We
are not liable for adverse reactions due to allergies or dietary restrictions.
6.2 Freshness:
We ensure freshness at the time of handover. We are not responsible for any changes in
food quality caused by delays during transit or late consumption.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Account & Accuracy:
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. Fraudulent transactions may result
in account suspension.
7.2 Platform Use:
Customers must not misuse the website, place fake orders, or initiate fraudulent
chargebacks.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes must be raised within 48 hours of order handover.
8.2 We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, any legal matters will be under the
jurisdiction of Bengaluru, India courts.
